The MASC collective recently embarked on a journey to the English coast to shoot their SS12 CAMPAIGN. Shot on an undisclosed location, the team selected key looks to feature in the expansive setting of sky, sea, pine forest and sweeping bay. We are proud to announce we will be launching our debut collections at London Fashion Week, exhibiting our AW11 Limited Edition Collection alongside our SS12 line of dresses and separates. The designers welcome you to meet them and browse the collection at the Vauxhall Fashion Scout showcase at Freemasons Hall near Covent Garden between the 16th and 20TH of September.

The MASC team visited the event last season and were highly impressed by the venue, offering a grand exhibition space and a friendly welcome by the Vauxhall Fashion Scout team. The event provides the perfect platform to get up close and personal with our collections, located in the impressive interior of the 1930s hall. Vauxhall Fashion Scout is London Fashion Week’s largest independent showcase. Internationally renowned as the driving force bend innovation, Vauxhall Fashion Scout actively promote both new and seasoned designers to a global audience of media, buyers, celebrities and style leaders.

Labelled as a ‘talent goldmine’ by Vogue.com, Vauxhall Fashion scout been responsible for some of the most exciting design talents to come out of London. Each season a panel of industry experts select the most exciting new designers and showcase them to an international audience through catwalk shows, presentations, fashion films and exhibitions over the six days of LFW.

MASC was born from the idea of equipping the human form with an armoured elegance and chic minimalism. The label will introduce women’s wear collections that translate notions of concealment, mystery and the sensation of being ‘masked’ into draped and structured silhouettes.

Launching with a debut collection of dresses and separates that feature extraordinary cutting techniques, luxurious fabrics and expressive drape. Influenced by Japanese simplicity, the form focused pieces offer geometric panelling, asymmetric hems and unorthodox silhouettes.

MASC beholds a dark and engaging identity, delivering a silently powerful presence, both effortless and disarming.

Each piece is hand made in England and belongs to an exclusive limited edition programme, being only ‘1 of 5’ in existence.
